Information we use

We collect your name, email, billing name and address, country, customer type, tax or company number where supplied, chosen time zone, appointment details, acceptance of booking terms and any request for early performance. We record payment references and status, booking changes, cancellation requests and whether transactional emails have been sent. We use limited security logs and request counters to protect accounts and prevent abuse.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, verify your email, arrange and deliver consultations, verify payments, issue invoices, send booking and account emails, handle changes or refunds, comply with record-keeping obligations and protect the service. Account creation does not subscribe you to marketing.

Payments and service providers

Revolut processes payments under its own privacy terms. Card numbers and security codes are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by the NORVIONIQ booking application. Hosting and email providers process information necessary to operate this service. Service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence; see our main Privacy Policy for further information.

Account access and cookies

Customers sign in with a single-use email code that expires after five minutes. We use a necessary, secure session cookie for authentication and protection against forged requests. Keep your email account secure. Customer sessions expire after inactivity and have a maximum lifetime; administrator access uses separate two-factor authentication.

Retention and your requests

We retain account, booking and billing records for the purposes above and applicable legal record-keeping periods. We retain security and operational records only as needed for their purpose. You can ask to access or correct your information, close your account, or request deletion, subject to records we must retain and other applicable legal requirements. Contact contact@norvioniq.com.
