VERSION 2026-09-24
Consultation terms
These terms apply to paid consultations booked with NORVION ADVISORY GROUP PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore, trading as NORVIONIQ. Contact: contact@norvioniq.com. Company details are provided in our legal notices.
1. Your consultation
General, Technical and Advanced consultations each last 60 minutes. The selected package and its price are shown before payment. Consultations provide discussion and advisory input within the agreed topic; they do not guarantee a commercial, investment or technical outcome. Regulated legal, investment, medical or other licensed professional services are not included unless expressly agreed through appropriately qualified professionals. Joining instructions are sent separately before the appointment.
2. Customer account, booking and advance payment
Verifying your email with a one-time code creates your customer account. No customer password is required. Keep access to your email secure and do not share login codes. Your account stores your billing details and lets you view and manage your bookings. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
You choose an available time in your preferred time zone. The appointment is confirmed only after our payment provider verifies successful full payment. Payment is collected in advance for the consultation; it is not merely a card authorisation or a refundable security deposit. The service is performed at the scheduled appointment. The payment confirmation and service completion are recorded separately. Unpaid checkout attempts do not create a confirmed appointment.
3. Prices, billing information and invoices
Prices and payments are in USD. The total consultation fees are USD 100 (General), USD 300 (Technical) and USD 500 (Advanced). NORVION ADVISORY GROUP PTE. LTD. is not GST-registered; no Singapore GST is charged. Provide accurate billing details, including your full legal name or company name, billing address, country and any relevant tax or registration number. The seller on your invoice is NORVION ADVISORY GROUP PTE. LTD. Invoices reflect the actual service, transaction and applicable tax treatment. A pro forma payment request is available when checkout is created. After verified successful payment, we issue a numbered advance payment receipt and attach it to your confirmation email. After the consultation is completed, we issue a final invoice applying the full advance payment, leaving no additional balance for the agreed consultation. You can also open it through your booking and print it or save it as PDF. Payment is processed by Revolut; the invoice is issued by NORVION ADVISORY GROUP PTE. LTD. through this website. If our tax registration or applicable tax obligations change, the tax treatment and final amount will be disclosed before any new payment. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion charges.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a paid consultation once only, to another available appointment without an additional consultation fee, if you request the change at least 24 hours before the original appointment. No further rescheduling is included. Availability is not guaranteed for a particular replacement time. Use the booking-management link in your confirmation email or contact us. If no suitable time is displayed, contact us before the 24-hour deadline. A confirmed replacement supersedes the original time.
5. Cancellation and non-attendance
Subject to the statutory rights below, consultation fees are non-refundable when you cancel or do not attend. Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment do not create an entitlement to rescheduling. If NORVIONIQ cancels or cannot provide the consultation, you may choose an available replacement appointment or a full refund of the affected consultation fee. Nothing here permits us to retain payment for a service we fail to provide where a refund is required by law.
6. Consumer withdrawal and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Where applicable law gives you a 14-day withdrawal period for an online service contract, you may exercise that right from the date the contract is concluded. If you choose an appointment during that period, we ask for your express request to begin the service early and your acknowledgment that the withdrawal right ends once the service has been fully performed, where the law permits. If you withdraw after performance begins but before completion, only a proportionate charge may apply where permitted by law.
You can submit a cancellation or withdrawal request through your booking-management link, or email contact@norvioniq.com with your name, booking reference and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We acknowledge online requests by email. Any refund legally due will be processed within the applicable legal deadline, normally using the original payment method. Processing by your bank may take additional time. You do not need to use particular wording to exercise a statutory right.
7. Attendance and technical arrangements
Please join on time and use a suitable internet connection. Your own late arrival does not automatically extend the appointment. If a technical problem prevents the consultation, contact us promptly so that we can assess what happened and arrange a remedy consistent with these terms and applicable law.
8. Privacy and payment security
We use the information supplied for scheduling, payment verification, invoicing, confirmation emails and service administration. Payment details are handled by Revolut; this booking site does not store your card number or security code. See the Privacy Policy. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data, trade secrets or confidential third-party material through the booking form.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply in your country. No provision removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The version accepted at booking applies to that booking.
